Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Minecraft-Servers-List.net (“the site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The service

We provide a public Minecraft server directory, voting, owner accounts, listing management, and free tools (such as MOTD, banner maker, ping test, and Votifier test). We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your email reachable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

4. Server listings

Owners may submit listings subject to site limits (including per-account listing caps). You must have authority to list the server and must provide accurate IP, port, and description information. Banners and text must not infringe others’ rights or violate law. We may edit, reject, or remove listings at our discretion.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the site to distribute malware, spam votes, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms the service, harass others, or post unlawful, misleading, or abusive content. You may not interfere with vote integrity or server status checks.

6. Votes and Votifier

Vote counts and rankings are provided for community interest, not as a guarantee of server quality. Vote limits and anti-abuse measures apply. If you configure Votifier, you are responsible for securing your token and server. Our Votifier test tool is provided “as is” for diagnostics.

7. User content

You grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute content you submit (listings, banners, descriptions) for operating and promoting the directory. You retain ownership of your content subject to this license.

8. Third-party servers and links

Listings link to third-party Minecraft servers and external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party servers, plugins, downloads, or practices. Your use of external services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer

The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of player counts, online status, or vote delivery.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the site.

11. Minecraft affiliation

This site is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
